Reiki (universal life force energy) is a Japanese healing technique that balances mind, body and spirit. Reiki alleviates emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual stress. Each session is unique, and may include aromatherapy, chakra balancing, crystal healing, sound Healing, and Reiki.

Therapeutic Massage

Enjoy a relaxing and therapeutic massage that tailors to each individual's needs. The session may include techniques such as Swedish, lymph drainage, myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage.
